EOPS Announcements

Progress Reports

Progress Reports are now open! We will need everyone to submit the mandatory progress reports before scheduling the 2nd counselor contact. Progress Reports can be picked up inside our office, or are printable online (left-hand side).  These are due by April 13th!

2nd Contacts

You may begin scheduling a 2nd contact as of Monday, March 12th. These mandatory contacts wil review your progress in the classroom-so we will need your progress reports first! For those students who have Cs or better, you may complete these appointments with an EOPS Peer Advisor in mini-group sessions.

EOPS Grants

Please review your WebAdvisor page for information on the EOPS Grant and disbursement date. Also, if you have yet to complete your file please visit the Financial Aid Office as soon as possible.

Graduation Deadline

The last day to apply for graduation was Friday, March 9th. Congratulations to all of our EOPS Graduates! Look out for a follow-up email in April regarding Cap & Gown information as well as our annual End of the Year Celebration!

For any EOPS student who was invited this semeter, please stop by our office with a copy of your PTK application and invitation letter. EOPS can help pay the required dues for a lifetime membership.
